  The management seems unprofessional in her attempt to reply back to some of these allegations.I'd call it more of a excuse that's followed by a snarky rebuttal and this attitude is reflected in the atmosphere.We Seen the commercials and thought we would try it out.We are always trying to keep our business in Wv.Drove there from Princeton Wv.I Passed up a full rack of ribs from Outback that are never dry for $20.My wife could've got her succulent crab legs that's always on time never cold and not bland from Red Lobster cheaper.And Dairy Queen don't charge for the bun of your choice great dog's for $2.69.Instead we got extra dry ribs and I don't mean dry rub.The crab legs where so bland no taste at all the shrimp was terrible.Got charged for hotdog buns that we were unaware of.We have family that also serves so we know the program and tip very well so just because 6ppl show up to eat don't mean you're entitled to a tip.Your tip is and should be depending on the service you provide. Services wasn't worth the $2.63 an hr they already get.I paid $26 for a half rack of ribs..8 bones.Paid $28 for a outer bank pot.We base a place off 3 things.1 cleanliness 2 food 3 service.If we get terrible food we still pay for our services.We drove out of our to take them business and we got none of the 3.And the management can rebuttal the defense all they want but blahblah.We all work hard to bring our hard earned money to these local places and expect alot more.And all of us can't be wrong or idk maybe we all showed up on the same day.So put down you're reply button and grab a broom.And one more thing do not get the sugared koolaid they call a house margarita because the water isn't free so you can wash down the other mistake you just made that costed $6
